Return Policy

At Nayam Fashion Jewellery, every product is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Mandatory 360° Parcel Opening Video

To process any request, you must provide a clear, continuous 360° unboxing video that:

  • Shows the parcel from all angles before opening.

  • Captures the full unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Clearly highlights the damage or incorrect product.

Eligible for Return/Exchange

We accept return or exchange requests only if:

  • The product is damaged on delivery.

  • An incorrect product has been sent.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Change of mind, style, or color preference.

  • Size or fit issues (especially for bangles).

📌 Bangle Size Note: Please confirm your bangle size before placing the order. Size-related requests cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Share your 360° unboxing video and order details.

  3. Our team will review and verify your request.

  4. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return/exchange process.
