To process any request, you must provide a clear, continuous 360° unboxing video that:

Shows the parcel from all angles before opening.

Captures the full unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

Clearly highlights the damage or incorrect product.
Eligible for Return/Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests only if:

The product is damaged on delivery.

An incorrect product has been sent.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

Change of mind, style, or color preference.

Size or fit issues (especially for bangles).
